This Screen Print T-Shirt Sample is designed for brands that treat print as part of the garment, not decoration.

Your artwork is applied using the same screen printing machines, inks and curing standards used in our bulk production. This ensures accurate evaluation of placement, color vibrancy and overall visual impact.

Print positions available for this sample:

• Front
• Back

Sleeve or additional placements are not included in sample orders.

Color selection must reflect the total number of print colors used across both positions. When ordering, select the total number of colors applied to the garment.

This sample allows you to validate your design with clarity before committing to larger production quantities.

We Produce

We create your sample with professional screen printing. You'll receive it for approval. Production begins after artwork confirmation. Receive your sample in approximately 3–4 weeks.

Bulk Order

Approve your sample and email us quantities. We'll create an order in your account.

After purchase, send:

• Print position (front and/or back)
• Print width (in cm)
• Total number of print colors
• Vector file (AI, PDF, EPS recommended)

High-resolution files may be accepted depending on artwork complexity.

Your sample is produced under the same calibrated production process used for bulk manufacturing.

This allows you to evaluate:

• Interaction with heavyweight cotton structure

Once approved, your confirmed specifications transition directly into bulk production.

Our Screen Print T-Shirt Sample allows brands to test artwork under real production conditions before moving into bulk manufacturing.

Printing is available on the front and back of the garment only.

Color selection is calculated based on the total number of print colors across both positions. For example, 1 color on the front and 2 colors on the back equals 3 total print colors.

This ensures accurate pricing and alignment from sample to bulk production.

Note:

-The cost of t-shirt for bulk production is lower and if you want to know that cost before sampling, please send us an email with all the information to info@renebassett.com. Before we go to bulk production, you need to do a sample for you approve everything.

-The final quantity of bulk order can vary until 7%.

What happens after I place my sample order?

You can immediately email your artwork to info@renebassett.com, or we'll contact you within 24 hours with detailed instructions. Include your order number, desired print position, width in cm, and t-shirt size.

How long does sample production take?

3-4 weeks from the moment we receive your final artwork. This includes screen creation, printing and quality control.

Can I request changes to my sample?

Position changes:We can adjust placement during production at no extra cost if notified early.
Design/size changes:Requires new screens and full reproduction (additional sample purchase needed).

Can I order samples in different t-shirt colors?

Yes! Simply select the color from the dropdown. If you want samples on multiple colors, place separate orders for each (max 2 per color).

How do I place a bulk order after approving my sample?

Email us at info@renebassett.com with your order number and desired quantities (colors, sizes, breakdown). We'll create an official order in your wholesale account for payment. Bulk production takes 3-4 weeks.

What if I don't know how many colors my design has?

Email your artwork to info@renebassett.com before ordering. We'll analyze it and tell you exactly how many screens (colors) are required. This prevents ordering errors.

Is there a refund policy for samples?

Samples are custom-produced to your specifications and are non-refundable.Please review our refund policy.

Can the bulk quantity vary from what I ordered?

Yes, final delivered quantity may vary up to ±7% from your order. This is standard in textile manufacturing due to fabric utilization. You're only charged for pieces delivered.
