Refund policy
For no wholesale account, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
If you receive a defective item, please send us pictures of the damage to info@renebassett.com
Once we receive the item and verify that it meets the conditions of the return policy, the purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded directly to the payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns for wholesale orders, except if the items are defective.
Please be aware that garment-dyed, print/embroidery orders may experience a standard damage allowance of 2.0% to 10.0%. We understand that damages beyond this range are unacceptable. For any damages exceeding 10.0% of your order, we will issue a return authorization and provide a partial discount coupon code, proportionate to the returned damaged items.
We do not accept returns or refunds for garments that have been modified, customized, or embellished in any way (including screen printing, DTG, embroidery, dyeing, etc.). Additionally, we are not responsible for damages caused by third-party vendors during customization processes.
Lost or stolen packages
Once the package has left our facility in Portugal, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Please verify that the shipping address you entered matches your correct location.
However if you want protect your items during the shipping, you can purchase insurance for your order when adding items to your cart. If the insurance option does not appear (because of any technical issues), and you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us by email.
If you do not purchase insurance and, for any reason, your shipment is lost during transit, only €10 per kg will be refunded due to the Warsaw Convention.
P.S. The insurance covers the shipment while it is in transit. We are not responsible for any items stolen after delivery to your door.

While we strive to display product colors accurately, please be aware that screen variations may affect how colors appear. Studio lighting can also cause slight variations.
