Occasionally, some items may sell out, but don’t worry, we typically restock within 1–2 weeks.
If you want to secure your blank apparel in advance, you can place a backorder and you’ll be among the first to receive the new stock.

For blank products, there are no minimum order quantities, you can order as little or as much as you need.
If you would like us to handle printing or embroidery, the MOQ is 50 pieces per color and style, ensuring premium results and consistent quality. However, you’re free to split the 50 pieces across any sizes from XS to XXL.

Yes, absolutely. You can easily order samples directly through your wholesale account, allowing you to test our quality and fit before moving forward with bulk production.

We require your artwork in .pdf or .ai format, provided in high quality to ensure the best possible results.

As a general guideline, samples usually take 3–4 weeks, and bulk orders also take around 3–4 weeks.

Yes, absolutely. We can dye our blanks in any Pantone TPG color, giving you complete freedom to match your brand’s identity.

We offer a wide range of premium dye techniques including reactive dye, fade-out wash, pigment wash, sun-faded effects, spray color, and more.
Please note that certain dye processes naturally create unique variations from piece to piece, adding character and authenticity to the final product (as indicated on each product page).

Yes, you can. We offer a premium
labeling service where you can purchase batches of 500 custom neck labels with your logo.
For orders of 50 pieces or more per color and style, we’ll attach the labels directly to your garments.
For smaller orders, the labels won’t be applied, but we can ship them to you so
you can use them as needed.

Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email just a few minutes after completing your purchase.

After extensive testing, we developed a custom 300gsm, 100% cotton jersey.
This fabric is designed to be perfectly breathable while still delivering a heavy, luxurious feel and exceptional softness on the body.

We use a premium 480gsm, 100% cotton French Terry with a diagonal loop interior for a luxuriously soft feel and elevated comfort. The heavy weight gives each piece a rich, streetwear high-end drape and a truly premium touch.

For our knit sweaters, we use a high-quality 5gg knit made from 100% cotton, offering a rich texture, excellent durability, and a refined, premium feel.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend the following care instructions:

• Iron at a maximum of 110°C
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not dry clean
• Wash with similar colors

No, all our products are completely unbranded, with no René Bassett labels. They’re ready for you to customize and brand as your own. Our products include only a care and size label, placed on the inner left seam of the garment.

We follow the standard tolerances of the textile industry, which allow for up to 2 cm of variation to ensure a natural and comfortable fit.

Print and embroidery placement may vary up to 1 cm. This slight variation is completely normal due to the natural movement/shift of 100% cotton fabrics during production. We always follow industry standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.

Absolutely. All our garments are specifically designed for customization and are ready to be embellished. You can apply a wide range of techniques — including screen printing, puff print, digital printing, DTF, and embroidery — ensuring a premium finish that perfectly matches your brand’s vision.

Small color variations between digital screens and physical products are completely normal.
Every screen displays color differently depending on its quality and calibration, and studio lighting during photography can also create subtle differences.
We always strive to portray our colors as accurately as possible, but the most precise reference will always be the physical sample.
