We cover all duties & taxes on European Union orders. Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

For orders outside of the territories listed above - duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility. Some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

Wholesale 

For wholesale accounts, we just do b2b deals, this mean that we need the identification number of your company for we do invoice.

 

European Union

 For companies of EU, it will be not charged taxes (if your company has a valid VAT number).

 

Rest of World

After we ship your bulk production, you may get contact by the customs for you pay the taxes. We recommend you contact your government before you make an order for you know all the taxes you need to pay.

 

Note: 

-If your shipment is being held or in some cases sent back to us due to the lack of required information, we will not be responsible for any fees or delays that have taken place during transit. All shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

-We can provide insurance for your goods. If you purchase insurance for your purchase and the shipment is lost or delivered to the wrong address, we will refund the full purchase price. If you do not purchase the insurance and your order is lost, we will refund the amount corresponding to the Warsaw Convention.
