Core stock items typically ship within 1 working day of the order being placed. Custom decoration or made-to-order items may add production time before dispatch.
How shipping cost is calculated
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order.
For large wholesale orders, you can request a freight estimate before checkout through a free consulting call or by registering for a wholesale account.
Customs duties and import taxes
Within the European Union, no customs duties apply.
For orders shipped outside the EU, your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other local fees. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. René Bassett handles shipping but does not cover these additional costs.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale shipping works the same way, with two differences worth knowing:
- No minimum order quantity on blank styles — small and large orders ship under the same process.
- All products are developed and produced in-house in Portugal, then shipped directly to you via TNT (Europe) or UPS (outside Europe).
