How The Calculator Below Works - Simple 5-step process
Choose Your Garment
The base price depends on the type of garment you choose — t-shirt, long sleeve, hoodie, crewneck, or sweatpants. Each has a different blank cost.
Choose Your Quantity
You can order 1 or 2 pieces per model and color. That's the maximum for the sample tier.
Choose the Front Decoration Technique
Select what goes on the front of the garment — or leave it blank. Screenprint: the price depends on the number of colors in your design. Each color requires a separate screen, so a 3-color print costs more than a 1-color print. Embroidery: the price depends on the size of the embroidered area
Choose the Back Decoration Technique
Select what goes on the back — or leave it blank. Front and back are priced independently, so you can mix techniques freely. For example: embroidery on the front, screen print on the back. The same logic applies: screen print is priced by number of colors, embroidery by area.
The Total Is Your Sample Price
The final price = garment + front decoration + back decoration. Production lead time: 3–4 weeks from the moment we receive and approve your artwork.
Frequently asked questions
The price covers the blank garment + your chosen print or embroidery on the front and/or back. The only extra cost is shipping, calculated at checkout. No setup fees, no hidden charges.
Samples are a validation tool, not a mini production run. The 2-piece limit keeps pricing within the sample tier. If you need more pieces, that falls under our bulk order service, which has lower per-unit costs.
Yes. Front and back are configured and priced independently, so you can combine any two techniques — or leave one side blank.
