Place your production order for blanks. Minimum 50 pieces per color and model. Select the hangtag option and choose your GSM.
Send your artwork
Email your file to info@renebassett.com after purchase. .pdf or .ai.
Approve the proof
We send a digital proof before going to print. Production only starts once you confirm. No surprises, no guesswork.
Hangtags applied. Order ships.
~2 weeks production. We attach the hangtags to your garments during production, your pieces arrive ready to sell, nothing left to do.

We produce hangtags on 750 GSM and 1250 GSM board. The difference isn't just weight, it's the message it sends when someone picks up your garment.

Frequently asked questions
1,000 units per design. That covers multiple production runs for most active brands. If you're producing 100–200 pieces per drop, 1,000 hangtags will last you a long time, and we store the remainder at our facility in Portugal at no extra cost.
Yes. Each design is treated as a separate order with its own 1,000-unit minimum. If you have two color ways or two different tag designs, that's two separate production runs, each starting at 1,000 units.
Yes. Select the "Free Example" variant on this page and we'll include one sample of each weight (750 GSM and 1250 GSM) with your next order. No minimum, no extra cost, shipped with your existing products.

It depends on the resolution. Send us what you have and our team will assess it. If the file isn't print-ready we'll let you know what needs to be adjusted.
Yes. We send a digital proof for approval before we go to print. Production only starts after you confirm the proof. This is included as standard, there's no extra charge for the approval step.
Yes, always. Double-sided full-color print is included as standard on both 750 and 1250 GSM. We don't charge extra for the second side.
GSM is the weight of the hangtag.
Yes, as standard. Every hangtag comes with a hole punch and a string. If you want a specific string colour or material, mention it and we'll accommodate it.
Send us a physical reference, a hangtag from another brand that matches what you're looking for. We'll use it as a benchmark, source the material, and produce yours to the same spec.
Typically 2 weeks from artwork approval. If you're ordering hangtags alongside blanks or other products, we align the production timelines so everything ships together in one delivery.
Produced in Portugal. Same country, same production standards as our garments and packaging.
