Blanks Engineered for Professional Decoration

The 300 GSM jersey and 480 GSM French Terry are developed specifically to hold decoration. Dense fabric weight, stable surface, consistent pre-shrink — these are not generic blanks adapted for printing. They are built for it.

Screen Printing

Clean ink adhesion on both 300 GSM and 480 GSM fabrics. Available in standard and high-density. Minimum per colour and style for bulk decorated orders.

Embroidery

Flat and 3D embroidery on all blank styles. Ideal for chest logos, sleeve hits and tonal branding. Min. 50 pcs per colour and style for bulk.

Embroidery Service

DTG & DTF

Digital printing directly on fabric (DTG) or via heat transfer (DTF). Ideal for full-colour artwork, complex graphics and smaller production runs.

Garment Dyeing

Solid, vintage, sun faded and custom colour treatments on selected styles. Developed in-house — same production team handles blank and dye.

Custom Neck Labels

Labelling Service

Puff Print

Raised technique that adds dimension and texture to the artwork. Applied directly to the garment, separate from standard screen printing. Particularly effective on 300 GSM and 480 GSM fabrics.

Wholesale Blank Apparel — Common Questions

There is no minimum order on any in-stock blank style. You can order from 1 piece — whether you want to test the fabric, validate a colourway, or build a small capsule drop without committing to bulk. For decorated orders (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF), the minimum is 50 pieces per colour and style.

Our t-shirts and long sleeves are 300 GSM heavyweight cotton jersey. Our hoodies, zip-hoodies, crewnecks and sweatpants are 480 GSM French Terry. Both weights are developed in-house specifically for brands that need consistent, premium-quality blanks that hold their shape and their decoration across reorders.

Yes. You can mix any combination of styles, sizes and colourways in a single order — there are no category minimums for blank orders. This makes it practical to test a full collection, build a mixed drop, or reorder across multiple styles without placing separate orders.

Yes. All blanks are pre-shrunk, untagged and developed with decoration in mind. The 300 GSM jersey and 480 GSM French Terry both perform at a professional level across screen printing, puff print, embroidery, DTG and DTF. If you want to test a decorated sample before bulk, we can print or embroider directly on your blank order.

All blanks are produced in-house in Portugal. We are not a reseller or a sourcing agent. We develop the fabric spec, control the knit structure, the dyeing and the finishing at our own facility. This means consistent quality between batches — same weight, same fit, same measurements — which is what brands need when they reorder.

Yes. We ship worldwide via UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We regularly ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and across the EU. Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country.

Yes — and we recommend it. You can order individual pieces from any collection with no minimum, or order a starter pack with multiple styles. Testing the product before bulk is the right way to validate fit, fabric weight and decoration quality. It removes risk from your first production run.

Very consistent. Because we produce everything in-house, we control every variable: the yarn, the knit, the dye, the pre-shrink, the finishing. Shrinkage tolerance is 0–3%. Fits, weights and colourways stay stable across production batches. This predictability is one of the main reasons brands stay with us across multiple collections.
