No. The Start Pack is limited to one order per brand at this introductory price. It's exclusively for founders experiencing René Bassett for the first time.
Yes. Every garment in the Start Pack is identical to what we supply to our established brand partners. No B-stock, no downgraded samples.
By default, all garments are sent in black. If you'd like a different color, simply send us an email after ordering and we'll arrange it before your pack ships. Only can change for "solid colors".
All garments are sent in the size you select at checkout. If you'd like different sizes across pieces — for example, a Large hoodie and a Medium t-shirt — just send us an email after ordering with your preferences.
Yes. Just email us after your order with your color preferences for each piece and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Between 4 and 8 business days depending on your country. You'll receive a full tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Yes. We ship to every country via UPS, one of the world's most trusted carriers.
Not at all. Once your package arrives in your country, UPS will contact you directly by email with a simple customs form. You just reply to that email — no offices to visit, no paperwork to figure out. UPS handles the entire clearance process on your behalf.

That depends on what you're building. If you want to order blanks and decorate them locally, you can place a blank wholesale order directly. If you want us to handle print, embroidery or full production, you can request a decorated sample and move forward from there. There's no pressure — you decide when you're ready.
