There is no minimum order on any in-stock blank style. You can order from 1 piece. For decorated orders (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF), the minimum is 50 pieces per colour and style.

What GSM are your wholesale blanks?

T-shirts and long sleeves are 300 GSM heavyweight cotton jersey. Hoodies, zip-hoodies, crewnecks and sweatpants are 480 GSM French Terry. Both developed in-house in Portugal.

Can I mix different products in a single wholesale order?

Yes. You can mix any combination of styles, sizes and colourways in a single order with no category minimums for blank orders.

Are the blanks print-ready and embroidery-ready?

Yes. All blanks are pre-shrunk, untagged and developed with decoration in mind. They perform at a professional level across screen printing, puff print, embroidery, DTG and DTF.

Where are René Bassett wholesale blanks produced?

All blanks are produced in-house in Portugal. We develop the fabric spec, control the knit, the dyeing and the finishing at our own facility. Not a reseller.

The 300 GSM jersey and 480 GSM French Terry are developed specifically to hold decoration. Dense fabric weight, stable surface, consistent pre-shrink — these are not generic blanks adapted for printing. They are built for it.

Clean ink adhesion on both 300 GSM and 480 GSM fabrics. Available in standard and high-density. Minimum per colour and style for bulk decorated orders.

Print Service

Embroidery

Flat and 3D embroidery on all blank styles. Ideal for chest logos, sleeve hits and tonal branding. Min. 50 pcs per colour and style for bulk.

DTG & DTF

Digital printing directly on fabric (DTG) or via heat transfer (DTF). Ideal for full-colour artwork, complex graphics and smaller production runs.
