René Bassett can offer several customize services to your clothing brand. We can provide you different kind of prints and embroideries but also, we can provide a customize fabric color (with different finish) and customize labeling. Those services are just available for Wholesale accounts.
Printing / Embroidery
Do you have a print and/or an embroidery that you want to add to your garments?
We can provide you a range of prints and embroideries, just let us know which one you prefer, and we will do it. However, you will always need to do a sample before we proceed with the production. This will prevent a few mistakes on production.
- Examples of prints that you can choose: DTG, screen print, puff print, flex and more.
- Examples of embroideries that you can choose: flat embroidery, 3D embroidery, chenille embroidery and more.
Note: For we provide this service, you need to buy a minimum of 50 pcs per color and style.
Dye Service
This service offers the opportunity to change the color of your garments, being able to choose from among the thousands of colors in the Pantone® palette and applying washing and aging processes to achieve the desired tone and texture in each garment. For this service, you will also need to do a sample before we go to production in order to approve the color.
- You can choose any color of pantone website but for us would easier if you chose form TPG book.
- You can choose different finish wash like: pigment dye, fade out wash, acid wash and stone wash.
Note: For we provide this service, you need to buy a minimum of 50 pcs per color and style.
Labelling Service
The Woven Neck Label will be sell in batches of 200 labels with size of 6x3cm (high resolution). After the labels be produced, we will store and apply them on your products.
The labels just can be applied when the number of items per style is over 49.
